The user may make claims by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and surname, the product purchased and stating the reasons for your claim.
The client can withdraw from his order without any reason in the natural period of 4 days from the completion of the payment.
Exchanges or returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an order. The items must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging.
To manage the request, you must notify in writing to email@example.com indicating the reason for your return and the data to locate your purchase, as well as the date the order was placed.
Product is defective, Eduard Esteve Riba will bear the return shipping costs and it will be replaced as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the exchange or return is made for other reasons not attributable to Eduard Esteve Riba, it will be the customer who assumes the return costs and will be responsible for delivering the product in the same way that it was received. The amount of the returned product will be refunded in the same payment method in which it was paid.

- Peninsula standard shipping: 3 business days - € 4 shipping costs.
- European Union standard shipping: 7 business days - € 7 shipping costs.
- Standard shipping rest of the world: 15 - 20 business days - € 15 shipping costs.
